Role Profile
We have an exciting opportunity for an Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in our team in the Cheese Store in Ballyragget, Co. Kilkenny. In this role you will be responsible for the administration of all warehouse activities and supporting the Cheese Stores Manager to ensure efficient flow of finished goods and raw materials from supplier to production and final customer.

 

Responsibilities

•  Liaise with warehouse staff on meeting operational goals.

• Promote continuous improvement through LEAN processes.

• Ensuring the achievement of best-in class service levels to external customers

• Developing relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally

• Meeting finance and stock movement deadlines   
•    Be Flexible as the role may include other admin duties as required.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar warehouse admin position
  • Excellent interpersonal  skills with the ability to work successfully with both management and warehouse teams
  • The ability to identify and solve problems through their own initiative and by communicating with others
  • Can engage and support a harmonious environment at all levels
  • Knowledge of distribution operational systems (SAPWM preferably)
  • Strong Health and Safety ethos
  • Proficient in Office applications especially outlook and Excel.
