About this Role

Tirlán is undertaking a significant IT transformation as we build and strengthen our internal technology capability.

Reporting to the Supply Chain & Manufacturing Centre of Excellence Manager, the SAP Order to Cash Manager will take functional ownership of Tirlán’s SAP Order to Cash landscape and the applications that support our end-to-end customer order processes.

This is a senior, visible role at the intersection of technology, commercial operations and supply chain. You will work closely with colleagues across Commercial, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance and IT to ensure our Order to Cash solutions are reliable, scalable and aligned with evolving business needs.

Combining strong SAP Order to Cash and SAP SD expertise with business process knowledge, you will lead the delivery of system enhancements, identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement, and support the adoption of effective, standardised ways of working.

You will also lead a blended team of internal colleagues and managed service resources, building strong relationships with technology partners and ensuring the effective delivery of operational support and future system developments.

What You’ll Do

• Take functional ownership of SAP Order to Cash, including relevant SAP SD processes and associated business applications.
• Develop and maintain the roadmap for the Order to Cash systems landscape, aligning priorities with business and technology strategy.
• Ensure the stability, performance and scalability of systems supporting customer order management, fulfilment, invoicing and related processes.
• Partner with Commercial, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Lead system enhancements and development initiatives through requirements definition, solution design, testing, implementation and post-go-live support.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, increase automation, improve user experience and strengthen customer service.
• Oversee CORETech and other category-specific applications supporting the Order to Cash process.
• Manage system incidents, problems and service performance, working with internal teams and external partners to minimise disruption to business operations.
• Maintain appropriate standards for data quality, system security, governance, controls and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate relevant SAP developments, system upgrades and emerging capabilities, recommending solutions that deliver clear business value.
• Ensure system configurations, integrations, processes and developments are appropriately documented and supported.
• Lead and develop direct reports and managed service resources, setting clear priorities and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support successful business adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, communication and change management.

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for an experienced SAP professional who can connect technology decisions with commercial and operational outcomes. You will be equally comfortable discussing detailed system requirements with technical specialists and explaining business impact to senior stakeholders.

Essential

• Significant experience working with SAP Order to Cash and SAP SD processes in a complex business or enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end Order to Cash lifecycle, from customer order creation and fulfilment through to invoicing and downstream integration.
• Experience taking ownership of a business-critical application or functional systems landscape.
• A track record of delivering SAP enhancements, process improvements or technology-enabled change.
• Experience translating business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across business, IT and external partner teams.
• Experience leading people, multidisciplinary delivery teams or managed service resources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with a structured approach to resolving operational and system challenges.
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels of an organisation.

Desirable

• Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, food and beverage or supply chain environment.
• Knowledge of CORETech or other specialist applications supporting customer ordering and Order to Cash processes.
• Experience with system integration, workflow automation and process optimisation.
• Experience working within an IT transformation or application transition programme.
• Project delivery, change management or service management experience.
• A relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.
• SAP or other relevant professional certification.
