Tirlán, currently partnering with a 3rd party service provider for the provision of IT services, is about to embark on a significant IT transformation programme to stand up its own IT capability. The initial focus will be on enabling projects and will involve close collaboration with our partner. This will require a number of new and exciting roles to join the Tirlán IT team, working in adynamic& collaborative environment.

Role Profile

We are seeking an experienced Digital HR Manager to oversee and optimise our HR IT landscape.  

The Digital HR Manager is responsible for the management, integration, and continuous improvement of our key HR systems: SuccessFactors, UKG, Time and Attendance, and SAP Payroll.  

The role will work in close partnership with the Information Technology team, Tirlan Human Resources department and business stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that our HR technology infrastructure supports business objectives, enhances employee experience, and complies with relevant regulations. 

The Digital HR function responsibilities span of 80 locations including manufacturing facilities, offices, retail locations, data centres, cloud services and managed services. 

A successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills, technical skills and business understanding combined with impersonal skills to work with IT and business process specialists to visualise and implement future state IT landscapes. 
 

Responsibilities

  • System Management: Lead the administration, maintenance, and upgrades of SuccessFactors, UKG, Time and Attendance, and SAP Payroll systems. 
  • Integration: Ensure seamless data flow and integration between HR platforms and other business applications. 
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through technology, driving efficiency and automation. 
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert support for HR technology users, resolving issues promptly and effectively. 
  • Vendor Management: Work closely with vendors and external partners to ensure optimal system performance and support. 
  • Compliance & Security: Maintain data integrity, privacy, and compliance with legal requirements (e.g. GDPR), Tirlán’s IT Security policies and other relevant regulatory requirements. 
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and deliver HR analytics and reports to support strategic decision-making. 
  • Training & Change Management: Lead training initiatives and change management programmes for new system features and upgrades. 
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of HR/People systems and embedded business controls. 
  • Work collaboratively with other IT teams and business stakeholders to support new initiatives and projects. 
  • Supervises the daily activities of the Digital HR team, sets priorities for the team, ensures quality and timely completion of tasks and coordinates work activities with other managers/team leads. 
  • Contribute to the strategy development for Tirlan’s Information Technology services. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field 
  • 5+ years experience in SAP HR/SuccessFactors.  Experience in supporting  people / human resources systems, including UKG, Time and Attendance, and SAP Payroll. 
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills. 
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. 
  • Effective communication skills, capable of managing effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations. 
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Relevant certifications in HR systems or IT management highly desirable. 
  • Previous experience in a similar HR IT leadership role.
