Role Profile

Based in Ballyragget & reporting to the Quality Operations Manager, this role will involve working with a dedicated team of Technicians, Quality Managers and related staff to carry out a range of sampling and testing tasks. This role is offered on a 12-month Fixed Term basis.

Responsibilities

• Sampling raw materials and processes;
• Co-ordinating the collection of Finished Product samples from plants;
• Testing samples from processes including Phosphatase, Peroxidase, Antibiotics, Resazurin, Added Water/TS, End of Line Defence;
• Investigative sampling & follow up;
• Environmental Sampling from processes;
• QS Compliance oversight.

Requirements

• A qualification in process / operational / technical discipline or equivalent experience;
• Aptitude for operational processes;
• Aptitude for Process Improvement and Lean;
• Technical / testing skills;
• Working on own initiative;
• Data collection / trending / reporting;
• Teamwork & communication;
