Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Branch Manager in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of daily retail activities.
- Identify and develop retail sales opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
- Provide knowledgeable and professional customer service.
- Maintain attractive product displays with accurate pricing and signage.
- Support stock management and inventory control activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues on campaigns and projects to enhance customer engagement.
- Champion excellent customer service standards across the branch.
- Promote a safe working environment and proactively identify potential risks.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality or another customer-focused environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- The confidence to take initiative and ownership of tasks.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience supporting or leading a team.
- Knowledge of stock management and retail operations.
- Experience using retail systems and digital tools.
- An interest in agriculture, food, nutrition or local communities.
