Key Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of daily retail activities.
• Identify and develop retail sales opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
• Provide knowledgeable and professional customer service.
• Maintain attractive product displays with accurate pricing and signage.
• Support stock management and inventory control activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues on campaigns and projects to enhance customer engagement.
• Champion excellent customer service standards across the branch.
• Promote a safe working environment and proactively identify potential risks.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality or another customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• The confidence to take initiative and ownership of tasks.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

• Experience supporting or leading a team.
• Knowledge of stock management and retail operations.
• Experience using retail systems and digital tools.
• An interest in agriculture, food, nutrition or local communities.
